  1. Take 2 cup of Chopped Okra or Lady's finger.

  12. Take 1 tsp of Ginger mince.
  13. Take 1 tsp of Garlic mince.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of Sugar.
  15. Prepare 1/4 cup of Coriander leaves finely chopped.

How to make Chilli Gobhi: Cut cauliflower into pieces. Chop the onions and green chillies. Mix flour, red chili powder and salt. Dip cauliflower pieces in the batter.

Instructions To Make Chilli Bhindi and Gobhi:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute Ginger and Garlic mince followed by Onions and Capsicum. Also add the spices. Add all the sauces. Stir in the Vegetables. Cover and cook on a low heat for about 15-20 minutes..
  2. Do not over cook the veggies. Stir in the Vinegar and Sugar now. Adjust Salt according to taste. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves. Serve hot with Fried Rice as a side dish..
